Key responsibilities:
• Works closely with all sales BUs to implement the strategy and programs to maximize Stryker presence in this segment with offering “One Solution”
• Establishes long term partnership with key accounts through special marketing and educational projects
• Supports important tendering, new products branding and market share enhancing covering all BUs
Qualifications/Talents:
• Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing in related area
• At least 5 years sales experience and 1 year people manager experience in medical devices or healthcare industry
• Proven record in channel management and key account management
