Key responsibilities:
Local Marketing Support:
• Develop and execute new marketing plan to the sales force and coordinate with sales force. Responsible for local market customization for all advertising and promotion campaigns.
• Monitor the marketing database includes information of customers and key competitors.
• Lead team to support sales force on the organization of local seminars and symposiums to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the marketing effort.
• Work with Education L&D team on the administration of sales, product training.
• Plan the marketing expenses budget and manage the expenses effectively.
• Develop local marketing plan and provide day-to-day clerical support business team efficiently and on time
Business Support:
• Monitor the regular update of backlog report, the data accuracy into JDE system.
• Responsible for accurate sample inventory including lending/return records and annual sample stock take.
• Lead Business Assistants to support business team to liaise with operations on order & shipment issues.
• Manage import/export vendors to ensure efficiency and timely shipment.
Sales Support:
• Monitor regional hub and sub-dealers of request collection and instrument allocation.
• Closely work with commercial team to formulate order requirements and provide up-to-date implants inventory analysis
• Build up the process to manage the instrument flow, from company to warehouse, and from warehouse to hospital, etc.
• Strengthen communication with Instrument Management team to work out and implement the procedure of instrument and sample distribution to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications/Talents:
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related preferred
• At least 5 years project, marketing or sales experience in medical devises or healthcare industry
