Key responsibilities:
• Product installation, operation guide, OR standby, maintenance guide for customers
• Coaching dealer’s field engineers to do any field engineering action
• Prepare, set up, standby for any product demonstration / exhibition for sales / marketing department
• Act as bridge between customer and service center for the communication on trouble-shooting
• Report and deliver the Non-local-repairable faulty product to repair center
• Responsible for the chasing of final payment
• Build and keep close relationship with customer
• Completely execute the service process
- Input all service record in time
- Input all business trip record in time
Qualifications/Talents:
• Above college degree with specialization in electronics, bioengineering, or relevant special field
• At least 1 year relevant experience gained in medical and healthcare industry preferred
• Technical background is a plus
